Warranty Claims
All repairs and pre-owned iPhones come with a 12-month warranty. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Repair Warranty — 12 Months
If your repaired device develops a fault directly related to the original repair within 12 months, we will repair it again at no charge.
Warranty does not cover:
- Faults unrelated to the selected repair. For example, if you book a screen repair and experience issues with reception, microphone, speaker, camera or any other component not listed in your original booking — these are considered pre-existing or unrelated faults and are not covered under warranty.
- Physical damage, liquid damage or corrosion
- Damage caused by third-party repairs after your device left iFix Mildura
- Normal wear and tear
Important: iFix Mildura repairs only the specific component selected at the time of booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or unrelated issues discovered after the repair. If an unrelated fault is identified after your warranty assessment, we are happy to provide a separate repair quote at no obligation.
If we are unable to repair the original selected fault, we will issue a full refund of that repair cost only.
Pre-Owned iPhone Warranty — 12 Months
Please note the following important conditions for pre-owned iPhone warranty claims:
Your 12-month warranty is immediately void if:
- The device has been physically damaged or has a cracked screen after purchase
- The device has been exposed to liquid or water damage after purchase
- The device has been repaired or tampered with by a third party after purchase from iFix Mildura
Additional warranty conditions:
- We do not offer refunds on pre-owned iPhones. If your device is found to be faulty under warranty and the warranty is valid, we will replace it with another working model of the same or equivalent specification.
- iFix Mildura is not responsible for any loss of data, photos, messages or personal information on your device. We strongly recommend backing up your device to iCloud before sending it to us.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
