Dom G. from Mildura

$2000 JB-Hi-Fi Gift Card

Prize value: $2,000

Dom’s been coming through our doors for years. We’ve repaired multiple devices for him, and he’s a familiar face popping in for a fresh screen protector on his Samsung. Finding out he’d won our September $2,000 JB Hi-Fi giveaway put a massive smile on our faces. When you’ve looked after someone for years, getting to give them a surprise like this feels pretty special. That’s why we started the iFix family, to give our customers more value from the things they already need, and give something back to the people who keep supporting us. Congratulations, Dom. Thanks for trusting us with your devices over the years. We’re so glad we could help make your month! 💙

Winner

Harley B. from Mildura

$250 Coles Gift Card

Prize value: $250

We were so happy to hand Harley his $250 Coles voucher. Seeing our customers happy and being able to give something back really does make our day. While he was in, we spotted his cracked screen protector and reminded him that a replacement was one of his membership perks. We want our members to use those benefits, that’s what they’re there for! Whether it’s keeping your phone protected or making the next grocery shop a little sweeter, we love knowing the iFix family is making a difference. Congratulations, Harley, and thanks for being part of the ifix Family 👏

Winner

Bayden H. from Mildura

Nintendo Switch 2

Prize value: $769

Bayden has been a long-time customer of iFix Mildura, so we were genuinely happy to see his name come up as one of our September Snap Prize winners! 🎉 He won a brand-new Nintendo Switch 2 valued at $769, and even better, Bayden told us he’s never owned a Switch before, so this one was pretty exciting to hand over. Bayden lives out of town and had been keen to come in and collect his prize all week, but unfortunately it happened to fall during a pretty unusual week for us. After a vehicle damaged one of Mildura’s major power poles, our area was left without power for several days and we were unable to operate normally. By Thursday, we’d had enough of sitting around waiting, so we opened the shop running on a generator so we could get back to helping our customers. Bayden happened to catch us while we were operating that day, which meant we were finally able to hand over his Nintendo Switch 2. 🙌 We’re really glad we were there to give it to him, and even happier that this prize went to someone who has supported us for such a long time. This is exactly what our iFix family is all about, rewarding the people who support us and being able to give something back to our local community. 💙 Congratulations again, Bayden! We hope you get plenty of use out of your first Nintendo Switch. 🎮💙

Winner

Anne K. from Mildura

PlayStation 5 Pro + $700 BP Fuel Voucher

Prize value: $1,998

We absolutely loved giving this prize to Anne. ❤️ Anne is a long-time iFix Mildura customer and was genuinely so excited and appreciative when she found out she had won. She even came back with a bottle of champagne and a box of Favourites for us as a thank you, which was incredibly kind. What made the win even more special was hearing that her niece’s son, Leon, turns 7 next week and Anne had already been thinking about buying him a PlayStation for his birthday. Then she won our PS5 Pro and $700 fuel voucher! Anne was such a happy, bubbly person and moments like this are exactly why we love doing these giveaways. We’re so happy the prize went to someone who truly appreciated it. We hope Leon has an amazing birthday and absolutely loves his new PlayStation, and we hope Anne gets plenty of use out of the $700 fuel voucher. 💙 Congratulations again, Anne — it was such a pleasure seeing how happy you were!

Winner

Zoe C from Mildura

$250 Coles Voucher

Prize value: $250

Congratulations Zoe C from Mildura!

Another one of our iFix Family members getting a nice surprise! Zoe originally came into iFix to purchase three screen protectors. Instead of paying for them individually, we explained how iFix Family worked and suggested she sign up instead. She took our advice, joined the family — and now she’s won a $250 Coles Voucher! Sometimes our winners would rather stay out of the photos, and we completely understand that. The important part is seeing another genuine local member take home one of our prizes. Congratulations Zoe, and thank you for being part of the iFix Family!

Winner

Maddy H. from Mildura

Hisense 75" Q6SAU Smart TV + PlayStation 5 Console

Prize value: $2,107

Presenting Maddy with our July major giveaway prize was such a special moment for the iFix team. She had only joined the iFix Family a week earlier after seeing the genuine value in being a member, and suddenly she was taking home a 75" Hisense Mini-LED TV and PlayStation 5! Maddy shared with us that she’s been travelling back and forth to Melbourne with her daughter, who is living with motor neurone disease, so this unexpected win brought some much-needed happiness to the family. We’re genuinely so happy that this prize went to such a deserving family. We also had a bit of fun working out whether the massive TV would actually fit into Maddy’s Kia Carnival. ChatGPT said it would… and somehow it did! ChatGPT was right! 😂 Congratulations again, Maddy. We hope this brings plenty of joy to you and your family. 💙

Seeing the excitement on Georgina's face reminded us exactly why we created the iFix Family to give something meaningful back to the people who have supported us over the years.
